His writings, blogs and books emphasize our need for knowledge of spiritual truths plus the courage to take bold action to positively impact our world.

He describes himself as a Christian servant leader who is an outspoken realist. He retired from a successful forty-two-year career in corporate America with the last twenty-three years as the Vice President of Human resources for a large well-known international retail chain. In his HR executive role he helped establish policy to ensure that all people were treated fairly, decently, ethically and legally. He was a frequent public speaker on motivational subjects and developed numerous training programs. He remained keenly aware that he was blessed to be a "servant" of the 26,000 people in the corporation. He has a special interest in the study of leadership and developing servant leaders that can bring out the best in the people they lead. He is also fascinated with human psychology and why people do the things they do.
