God Created Two Sets of Laws: Physical and Spiritual

In the beginning, God created two sets of laws for man's benefit: 1) Physical Law and 2) Spiritual Law.

These laws help protect mankind (often from himself) if properly understood and applied. It is important to know that there are consequences for violating God's laws,

Here on earth, we live in a three-dimensional world governed by physical laws like gravity, inertia, electricity, light, thermodynamics, aerodynamics, etc. These laws are scientifically precise, measurable, and repeatable. Whether you understand how these physical laws work or not, they are real and apply universally to you. Even if you don't believe in certain physical laws (like gravity or inertia) they still apply to you. Example: If you falsely believed you could fly by flapping your arms and then jumped off a tall building, you would probably die as you splattered on the pavement below. The laws of gravity and inertia working together would be the cause of your death. As another example, go stick your tongue in a live light socket. Even if you don't understand electricity and might not see it, you would have a shocking experience for violating God's physical law. Electricity existed (as lightening) long before mankind learned how to harness it for his benefit. The proper application of physical law is to mankind's benefit.

The second set of God's laws are his spiritual laws that govern man's relationship with God. These laws apply universally to all of humankind even if someone does not understand them or even believe in them. There are consequences for violating spiritual laws, but those consequences are often not immediate, repeatable, and may vary by individual. The good news is there are many blessings for knowing and applying spiritual laws properly and consistently in your life. An example of spiritual law is the Law of Giving and Receiving (sowing and reaping) in the Bible.

Know that God's universal spiritual laws existed long before Jesus' ministry began on Earth. If you study spiritual law and Biblical principles, you will see a clearly how they mesh.
